The Hollywood couple recently announced they are splitting up, leading to a period of discussion over the precise details of their settlement.

It seemed at first as though no progress would be made and the matter would be taken to court, but TMZ has discovered that a truce has now been called and the couple are negotiating.
Contrary to earlier reports, there are no plans for the couple's situation to be discussed in court, possibly as early as next week.
A number of issues are on the agenda for lawyers acting for each of the parties, from child custody to child support, visitation and property settlement.
One source described the current state of the mediation between the couple as 'calm' and there are hopes it may be resolved soon.
Cruise is even said to be weighing up the possibility of allowing the case to be concluded in New York - something he was previously thought to be against.
By transferring it to California, it is widely expected that he would stand a good chance of winning joint custody of their daughter Suri.
