Gwyneth Paltrow has confessed she is struggling to juggle her work and home life, admitting 'you can't have it all'.
The Iron Man actress told InStyle magazine: 'I haven't starred in a movie since I was pregnant with my daughter; I can't be away from home for that long.
'I look for an interesting supporting part about once a year. That's the most I can manage.'
The 40-year-old admires women that are able to deal with the demands of such a hectic schedule but unfortunately those days are behind her.
'Some women can do it and that's fantastic, but I can't. You make choices as a wife and mother, don't you? You can't have it all. I don't care what it looks like.'
Paltrow confesses that she lost her spark for acting shortly before her father, Bruce Paltrow, died of cancer in 2002.
'When I started out, I was connected with the artist in me, but at some point, I got out of touch with why I was acting. Then my father died and I took time off to reassess and be with my kids.'
