Us Weekly reported that the couple welcomed their new addition in London at the weekend.
Miller's pregnancy was first revealed in January, with Sienna spotted wearing an engagement ring the following month.
The publicity-shy star avoided discussing details of her pregnancy, but opened up in April to Vogue UK.
She told the magazine: 'Even though I'm under strict instructions not to say anything... I'm feeling fine.
'It's all progressing nicely and it's very exciting.'
'I feel very grounded, more than ever – it's a wonderful feeling. But all of a sudden, I've started to get cravings.
'I usually don't have a sweet tooth but these tarts I could eat all day long!'
Sienna has been dating 26-year-old Sturridge, who starred in The Boat That Rocked, for more than a year.
Miller's previous engagement, to Alfie co-star Jude Law, ended in 2005.
