X Factor finalists Jahmene Douglas, James Arthur and Christopher Maloney got a real taste of stardom as they switched on the Downing Street Christmas tree lights after performing for Prime Minister David Cameron.
It's fair to say they've had a few good gigs during their time on the show.
Walking the red carpet at the James Bond Skyfall premiere, rubbing shoulders with stars at the Twilight premiere and performing on stage with the likes of Labrinth and Rod Stewart are just a few of the highlights.
But last night must have topped the lot for James, Jahmene and Christopher as they performed for Prime Minister David Cameron outside No.10 Downing Street as the Christmas tree lights were turned on.
The trio were joined by Nicole Scherzinger, who is mentoring James and Jahmene, while Maloney's mentor Gary Barlow was nowhere to be seen.
It was a secret trip, with Chris tweeting as they made their way there: 'Being taken to secret location with xfactor? where am I going xx.'
And when they arrived they looked more than happy as David Cameron introduced them to the crowds gathered outside the famous address.
Nicole looked on proudly, while stood next to Cameron, as the boys then performed Silent Night to rapturous applause.
Following the ceremony, Maloney tweeted: 'Omg! I've just switched the Christmas lights on at downing st! with Davie c! surreal xx,' before later adding it was to 'raise awareness and help for a charity for kids who only live short lives. so humbled. xx.'
And although this mentor wasn't there to enjoy his Christmas performance, Nicole seemed more than happy to step in as she posed for a photo with Chris.
He added the caption: 'me and @NicoleScherzy in the cabinet room at downing st xx.'
After performing, the boys then watched the 20ft Christmas tree, which was presented by the British Christmas Tree Growers Association, have its lights turned on.
Keeping up with their busy schedules, after performing at the PM's house, the trio made their way back to their respective hometowns for their homecoming tours ahead of the final this weekend.
James will head back to Middlesbrough, Jahmene will visit Swindon and Maloney is going back to Liverpool.
As he made his way home last night, James tweeted: 'On my way home to the northeast feeling good about seeing you all tomorrow night!
'I've got the sweetest fans in the f***ing world! Real recognise real! Thanks for having my back #SoMuchLOVE xx,' before adding: 'Let's win this thing! Roll on the finals! #LOVE&RESPECT x.'
And Christopher tweeted: 'Ello guys, I'M BACK! just arrived at the Hilton in Liverpool 1. so happy I'm home. missed Liverpool so much. off to bed, na nite. :-) xx.'
While Jahmene wrote: 'I'm so excited for my homecoming gig on Wednesday at Wharf Green In Swindon. I'll be There from 6.30 :-) Stay Blessed !'
