Pixie Geldof has become the latest in a long line of celebrity women to be targeted by Twitter trolls after frolicking with One Direction's party boy Harry Styles.

Pixie managed to rile Directioners after she was snapped leaving the Groucho club in London with the 1D heartthrob last week.
The pair had been celebrating their mutual friend Nick Grimshaw's last late-night Radio 1 show and were spotted getting into the same car before heading in to the night together.
Needless to say, their good pal Grimshaw was bemused by the uncalled-for abuse.

He tweeted last night: 'Just reading through some of Pixie Geldof's death threats. Lol.'
And it would seem 22-year-old Pixie is equally perplexed as she retweeted the message.
Xtra Factor host Caroline Flack and The Inbetweeners star Emily Atack are just some of Harry's other female 'friends' targeted by his worryingly overprotective fans.

Just last week X Factor Australia wannabe Briden-Starr Aspinall was abused online by One Direction fans after she winked at the One Thing singer mid performance.
Harry was Down Under with the rest of his bandmates helping groups' mentor Ronan Keating choose the acts he would be taking through with him to the show's live finals.
