Kylie Minogue has lashed out at the 'peeping Tom' who took topless photographs of Kate Middleton while she was holidaying with Prince William in France.

The pint-sized popstar has slammed the photographer's 'awful' behaviour, insisting a line has been crossed.
Speaking about the Duchess of Cambridge's right to privacy at the UK premiere of Holy Motors, Kylie ranted: 'It's always crossing the line, if you're on private property you should be able to do whatever you like - that should be everyone's right.'
She told Sky News: 'For me, that story and any like it, I don't see why that's not considered to be like a peeping Tom and that's creepy. It's awful.'

Despite her grievances, the Spinning Around singer was keen to discuss her small role in Holy Motors, which also stars Eva Mendes and Denis Levant.
Talking about how she nabbed the part of an air hostess in the French film, Kylie gushed: 'It was quite beautiful how it came about. I have a mutual friend with the director. It was one of those things that fell from heaven.
'It seemed like the most beautiful opportunity. I wanted to go back into acting for a long time.
'I've made some very bad decisions and this was a good one. I'm a sucker for a new experience.'
