Emma Bunton has leapt to the defence of Victoria Beckham, insisting that behind the pout she's a laugh a minute.
Baby Spice rubbished rumours that Posh wasn't enjoying the Spice Girls reunion after Mel B posted pictures of her looking less than impressed in rehearsals.
Bunton, 36, said: 'You know, I know Victoria and she's brilliant fun, I love her to bits. She is one of the funniest women I know. She makes me howl with laughter. And she's got a great pout. If I could pout like that, I would!'
Asked if tensions were running high, she told Easy Living magazine: ''No! We had a lovely day. Backstage, we were chatting and talking about the kids and showing each other pictures.
'Of course, it was crazy, because it was the five of us in front of the media for the first time in five years, but we had a ball.
'It has been incredible spending time with them, rehearsing and having a ball. Our kids have been loving hanging out together.'
And all five Spice Girls will have more time together when their musical Viva Forever! by Mamma Mia! producer Judy Craymer comes to London at the Piccadilly Theatre on November 27.
Bunton admitted that she, Sporty Mel C and Ginger Spice Geri Halliwell have had a 'real tear' watching the rehearsals.
'To see our songs in that context is a dream come true,' she said. 'So emotional, actually.'
On her time in the band she said: 'It all happened so fast at the time, so I love talking, reminiscing about those days.'
