Fiery X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has admitted that she made a mistake losing her virginity at the tender age of 14.

The Young singer revealed that her first sexual encounter was with a 17-year-old and that she now wishes she had held out for her then on/off boyfriend and N-Dubz bandmate Richard 'Fazer' Rawson.
In her autobiography Honest: My Story So Far, she said: 'All the time I was on and off with Fazer, he really wanted us to have sex but he was a gentleman about it. And now I'd given myself away to someone else.
'I very much regret this now, and I wish that Fazer had been my first, but it wasn't to be,' she added.

Looking back, the 24-year-old hitmaker now regrets losing her innocence so early on in her search for a 'fairytale romance', adding she could count 'on her fingers and toes' how many men she has bedded.
'A good percentage of those encounters happened between the ages of 14 and 17 – and that felt like a lot, even at that time,' she explained.
'I had too many boys too soon. I regret losing my innocence so early. I wore my heart on my sleeve and I was ready to give my all if I thought I was going to get love in return,' she revealed.
'My overwhelming craving to be loved led me into some very bad relationships. I hoped if I slept with a guy he would look after me and make me feel loved, and I wanted to be looked after and loved more than anything.'
Tulisa and Fazer split earlier this year.
Her new book, Honest: My Story So Far, is out on Thursday.
