Robbie Williams has welcomed his first baby girl with wife Ayda Field, the pop star announced last night, as he revealed they have named her Theodora Rose.
Taking to Twitter, he excitedly announced the happy news, confirming 'Baby, Mummy and Daddy' are all doing well.
And they have already revealed what Theodora's nickname will be as Robbie told fans they will call her 'Teddy' for short.
Writing on his blog post, he said: 'Praise be, it's Theodora Rose Williams, affectionately known as Teddy..... Born 3.33pm on 18.9.12, 7Ibs 4OZ.
'Baby, Mummy and Daddy are all rockin.... Thank you for your best wishes XXXX.'
Williams and Ayda, who married in August 2010, revealed they were expecting their first baby together in March, blogging: 'We had sex, it works!'
They chose to give their new bundle of joy a 'traditional' name, last month explaining they don't want any 'mad celebrity name'.
Robbie, 38, said at the time: 'There's no mad celebrity baby name. It's a very steadfast old school name.
'I do have a sort of celebrity name but it's not Appleesque. It's a very solid, old-school name.'
And keeping with tradition, Robbie has told how he does not want to bring Teddy up in America and will return to his home country of the UK to educate her.
'I don't want to educate our baby in LA because I would much prefer her to have English sensibilities,' he said. 'They are idiots in LA schools. They are f***ing idiots.'
'They are a breed of idiots that only exist in Los Angeles and she would be surrounded by them,' he added.
Ayda, 33, is a Turkish American actress. The couple have been together for five years.
