TOWIE's Tom Pearce has said he won't let Mark Wright come between him and Lauren Goodger because he thinks she could be The One.

Tom and Lauren have gone from strength to strength in the space of about a week and now the notorious ladies' man has said LG could be set to become the love of his life, if she plays her cards right.
Asked whether Lauren could be The One, he told new! magazine: 'If things keep going as well as they have, then she could well be. Obviously, it's very early days, but you can't go into a relationship with doubts. I hope it becomes more serious.'
And the cheeky lothario has vowed Lauren's former fiancé Mark Wright won't be getting in the way of their blossoming romance anytime soon.

He explained: 'I think she is really ready to move on but she was with him for such a long time and they were engaged, so she will always have feelings for him. I'm not concerned.'
'If she was texting him still, I wouldn't be happy but she tells me she doesn't and I trust her completely. I have asked her if Mark has been in contact with her since we've been out and she said he hasn't. '
Gushing about his new beau, he added: 'I think she's funny, very business-minded and, obviously I think she's pretty. I think she's one of the most naturally pretty girls on TOWIE.'

Tom went on to confirm the pair are in an 'intimate relationship', something Lauren had previously denied.
Asked whether Miss G was nervous the first time they had sex, considering she had not slept with anyone since Mark, he replied: 'It was natural, to be honest. I do think it was quite a big step for her and, obviously, I waited until she was ready.'
