Cheryl Cole will finally open up on her personal life to British chat show king Jonathan Ross.

The Geordie singer is set to answer a string of intimate questions on Ross's ITV show next month.

It will be particularly interesting viewing for fans as Cheryl is notoriously cagey about what goes on behind close doors.

Added to which, it was recently revealed she has started dating her backing dancer Tre Holloway so Ross will no doubt be prepped with some juicy questions in that department.

ITV are said to be over the moon to have finally secured Cheryl, who does very few interviews and often dodges any personal questions.

A source said: 'Everyone is talking about Cheryl's latest relationship, so to have her confirmed for next Saturday night is fantastic.'

But it won't just be Chez's new romance that will get people tuning into Ross' show.

Her split from Ashley in 2010 is still yet to be discussed in any intimate detail, as well as various so-called romances she has enjoyed with the likes of US dancer Derek Hough and rapper Will.i.am.

Cole, who is due to reunite with Girls Aloud for their tenth birthday next year, will be joined by Andrew Lloyd-Webber on the show on September 8.

She will also perform her latest single Under The Sun.
