Made In Chelsea's Millie Mackintosh and Celebrity Big Brother winner Paddy Doherty were joined by other well known faces from the world of reality TV for the National Reality TV Awards.
Millie made a public appearance without her rapper other half Professor Green at the bash in London, but she had plenty of other stars to keep her company on the red carpet.
The Made In Chelsea beauty was joined by Paddy, who first popped up on TV screens in My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding.
He then went on to be crowned the winner of Celebrity Big Brother, beating the likes of Jedward, Tara Reid and Michael Madsen.
Doherty wasn't the only Celebrity Big Brother contestant to turn up, as model Nicola McLean sizzled for the cameras in a figure-hugging black dress.
Big Brother star Aisleyne made her return to the public eye in typically dramatic fashion, flashing her assets in a nude wrap dress, while former X Factor host Kate Thornton tried to rival her in the chest stakes with a strapless dress that could barely contain her curves.
Bachelor Spencer Matthews supported his Made In Chelsea co-star Millie on the star-studded night, as did fellow MIC posh totty Binky Felstead, who took the paps' attention from her face in a plunging black number.
Rapper Chipmunk surfaced for the occasion, with models Caprice and Lizzie Cundy and telly doctor Christian Jessen joining him.
Comedian Keith Chegwin, former Celeb BB winner Alex Reid and Pineapple Dance Studio's Andrew Stone were also in attendance, truly making it a night of 'spot the reality star'.
Chelsee Healey represented the most recent Strictly Come Dancing line-up, while Lembit Opik and Aldo Zilli – stars of I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! and The X Factor: Battle Of The Stars respectively - made sure the limelight wasn't hogged by busty Big Brother rejects.
