Kelly Brook is a fully fledged style icon but at Elton John's annual White Tie and Tiara Ball, she was unfortunately trumped by David Walliams and Lara Stone's pet pooch Bert.
The model-turned-actress usually ticks all the right boxes but it seems the pressure of looking fabulous for Elton's bash got to her and she ended up failing in the fashion stakes.
Wearing a pink strapless fishtail dress with vintage floral detailing, Kelly teamed her outfit with a silver diamante bag and silver heels.
But while she opted for a silver bracelet to match, she chose gold earrings to finish off her outfit - a classic no-no.
Although the fishtail silk taffeta gown by Azagury was the perfect style for Kelly's famous curves to pour into, it offered very little else and was rather underwhelming.
The pale rose colour of the dress failed to contrast against her pale skin tone and made her look washed out.
In addition, where the frock wrapped around her stomach, it almost made it look like she was trying to hide a bulge.
She was clearly excited about her night though, tweeting earlier in the evening: 'So Excited about the White Tie and Tiara Ball tonight!! Wearing the most insane earrings!'
And she'd even treated herself to a facial from Gielly Green earlier in the day in preparation for the bash.
Perhaps next time she'll ask David Walliams and Lara Stone's pet dog Bert for a little help when it comes to choosing her outfit though.
He knocked socks of Kelly's style choice in an ultra dapper satin ensemble that made it look like he was wearing a custom-made jacket and shirt.
The Border Terrier looked adorable and proved he wasn't camera shy as he cuddled up to Walliams for a photo.
Britain's Got Talent judge David then posted the picture on his Twitter account with the accompanying caption: 'My date for tonight...'
Of course his real date was his wife Lara Stone who arrived at the bash with him.
Other stars who managed to bag an invite to Elton and David Furnish's event, held at their Old Windsor mansion, included Naomi Watts, Florence Welsh, Dame Shirley Bassey, Matthew Morrison and his new girlfriend Renee Puente.
Now in its 14th year, the event has raised £45million since its launch in 1998. All proceeds go to the Elton John Aids Foundation.
