Rihanna had to flee a five-star London hotel after a fire in a lift shaft early Wednesday morning.

The sexy singer was asked to leave the Corinthia Hotel in Whitehall and forced to roam the streets before sheltering in a taxi just after 6am.
Although the fire was fairly small, 300 hotel guests were ushered out and made to stand outside in the cold.
The 24-year-old tweeted throughout the drama from the back of a black cab. She wrote: 'Roamin da streets since 6am! Fyah in da telly #evacuationlife.'
A spokesman for the Corinthia Hotel said: 'At approximately 6.30am, one of the service elevator motors burnt out.
'There was a slight discharge of smoke and because of our robust fire management policy, the alarms were activated and a full evacuation of the building was carried out.

'As a matter of procedure, the fire brigade were called to carry out full safety checks throughout the building. All guests were safely accounted for and allowed back into the hotel soon after 7am.'
Rihanna has also been confusing her fans with pictures of Justin Bieber on the toilet.
The Where Have You Been singer tweeted two photos of herself and the 18-year-old Boyfriend star as she kissed him on the cheek before he went to the loo.
On closer inspection, however, the photo was not the teenage sensation but one of RiRi's cheeky friends in a Bieber mask.
Rihanna will be headlining London's Wireless Festival on July 8.
