Discussing who might leave the camp next, Helen put forward her suggestion of it being EastEnders star Charlie or darts ace Eric Bristow.
Speaking to Hugo and David, the former Coronation Street actress said: 'Charlie is beautiful and intelligent and I do like Eric as a person, don't get me wrong, but anything he does say is bad.
'I know he doesn't mean it that way, but people don't like it, I don't mind people taking the piss but he takes it to another level.'
However, Hugo quickly stepped in to defend Eric, insisting she shouldn't take him too seriously and suggesting Eric does genuinely care about his campmates.
He said: 'If someone either here or back in London tried to hurt you he'd be the first person to go in and protect you.'
Hugo then went on to suggest to Helen that Eric's taunts might actually toughen her up for life after the jungle.
'You might leave here thinking that I'm so glad he was like that, it's toughened me up a bit. There is a lesson to be learned around every corner here, sometimes it's easy to see and other times not.'
Meanwhile, there was upset in store for Helen later in the day as David Haye underwent his secret challenge to hide the camp mirror in order to win care packages from home.
'Ha ha, this is going to hurt the ladies in the camp, particularly Helen,' he said.
Helen had decided to put fake tan on the day before in the jungle but the result was rather unflattering and blotchy, with Charlie even comparing her to an 'oompa loompa'.
And Rosemary was one of the first to highlight how the missing camp mirror was a real problem for Helen as she couldn't see how ridiculous she looked.
'Helen was looking horrendous, she had no mirror, she had put so much fake tan on the poor girl did look silly. It is actually very funny, it's a hoot!,' she told David.
And he agreed: 'It looks absolutely terrible; it looks like she's had a mud fight. It's patchy and she's such a pretty girl she messes herself up.'
In better news for Helen though, her and Rosemary were selected to take part in the day's Dingo Dollar Challenge.
They had to unlock combination locks to release cash and when they eventually managed to release the dingo dollars, they headed to the Outback Shack.
The pair could choose either lemonade or chocolate dipped strawberries to take back to camp as long as their campmates answered a question about Rosemary's career correctly.
The question was, 'Rosemary previously worked for Jean Christophe Novelli or Marco Pierre White/'
While Charlie immediately answered Marco Pierre White, Hugo remembered Rosemary telling him she had worked on Royal Hospital Road which meant the answer would have been Jean Christophe Novelli.
Luckily, his answer won camp the strawberries.
