The show's flamboyant co-host would be delighted to see some of this year's X Factor and I'm A Celebrity favourites in the Diary Room when the hotly anticipated series kicks off in January.
Brian told Metro: 'I'd love Rylan on the show. I think Rylan would be great purely because he's camp, he's loud, he's colourful and he's got a personality and that makes for the best housemates, and he's very very popular right now.
'He's got a big fan base from being on The X Factor. I think he'd be a great housemate.
'I'd like to see Rylan in a situation where he's uncomfortable. You know, how does Rylan react to conflict?'
But the camp 34-year-old also has a couple of I'm A Celeb campmates on his wish list too, including the incredibly toned boxing champ David Haye and controversial Tory MP Nadine Dorries.
He explained: 'Nadine would have been equally as good on Big Brother as well as I'm A Celebrity because of what people think about her.
'People like strong, opinionated women. She's a b**ch, she's got an opinion and people like that'
And Brian thinks the politician and her boxing pal would adjust well to life inside the CBB house following their stint Down Under.
He added: 'I'm A Celebrity you're obviously very very tired. Your're very hungry. You're living outside with nature. There's rats, there's snakes, it's dreadful.
'Celebrity Big Brother can be a bit more relaxing. It's safe. You might be living with snakes – let's be honest - but Big Brother takes away the edge.'
But who would make it to Brian's top five?
'Joan Collins, Sarah Ferguson, David Haye – just so I could see him shower, Davina McCall - for obvious reasons, and we'd have to bring back Jackie Stallone,' he gushed.
Celebrity Big Brother returns in January.
