Gwen Stefani's husband Gavin Rossdale was only happy to give the couple's hot blonde nanny a helping hand as they enjoyed a day out together with the musicians' boys.

The Bush frontman gave a pat on the bum to the home help as the pair struggled up a hill in West Hollywood while out with, Kingston, six, and Zuma, four.
The couple have employed a nanny after Stefani recently admitted she was struggling to balance her career and marriage to the British rocker, 47.

'I basically spent all of last year on my own because he was touring the world,' said the 43-year-old.
'That was hard for me, being at home with the two boys. Sometimes I feel completely overwhelmed, completely p****d off that it's too much at once. Everyone seems to rely on me for something. I don't like letting them down.'
Meanwhile, the Hey Baby singer has been wrapped up with No Doubt gigs at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles.
