The mum-of-one appeared to be enjoying her new-found freedom as she dined with friends at the exclusive NoMad Hotel.
The 33-year-old actress looked radiant as she headed home in an emerald green maxi dress and black leather jacket.

Dressing down for the occasion, she teamed her outfit with matching green shoes, a black leather clutch bag and hot pink manicure.
The trio seemed to be enjoying each other's company, with Kate and her male friend struggling to mask their beaming grins.

Katie was due to attend the Dizzy Feet Foundation gala in LA this evening, in what would have been her first official public appearance since the split, but has pulled out - presumably in a bid to avoid the media spotlight.
Katie and Tom have agreed that the actress will have 'primary legal custody' of their six-year-old daughter Suri.
But Cruise, 50, is said to have gained 'generous visitation rights'.
