Nicole Scherzinger is clearly putting her relationship woes with boyfriend Lewis Hamilton behind her as she stepped out with pals in LA, wearing a rather rude T-shirt.

The X Factor judge was all smiles as she enjoyed a night out with friends in Los Angeles last night.
But her outing doesn't bode well for her relationship with Lewis as while she partied away, he was spotted in Cannes, proving further they are not in contact after it was reported the Formula One ace enjoyed a party with 10 ladies at a hotel in London earlier this month.

Nicole wore the rude tee, emblazoned with the words 'Van F****n' Halen', in tribute to the 80s rock band, with bronze-coloured skinny jeans and a baseball cap.
Teaming her rock chick image with lashings of red lipstick, the 34-year-old was certainly having a good time as she let her hair down and enjoyed a night off work.

After dinner and drinks at Pink Taco restaurant, Nicole posed for photographers as the group made their way home, smiling broadly in the back of her car as she gave a small wave.
Meanwhile, Lewis too has been putting the strain on their relationship to one side as he enjoys himself in Cannes filming a music video with Ludacris for Swiss Beatz.He looked relaxed as he was pictured behind the wheel of a sports car, being followed by a gaggle of girls desperate for his picture.

The pair have so far kept themselves distanced and both have remained silent on speculation surrounding their relationship.

But while she hasn't made reference to the tensions in her love life, she reportedly broke down in tears during one hopeful's performance of Cher's Believe.
Nicole and Lewis started dating in 2007 before splitting briefly in 2010 and again in 2011 to focus on their careers.
They are believed to have reunited yet again in February after they were spotted holding hands on a date.
