Colin Farrell says his life is 'so f***ing boring' after turning his body into a temple.

Beefed up after shooting Total Recall, the former hellraiser says taking care of himself has become his new ritual.
'One of the big things that I was drawn to about drugs was the ritual,' said the Irish heartthrob.
'I don't put the same level of energy into healthy living as I did into unhealthy living. But I eat really well, drink loads of green tea, and take a s*** load of vitamins. It's so f***ing boring.
'I had burned so many bridges in the film industry that I couldn't get a f***ing meeting. But now I'm just enjoying life,' the 36-year-old said.
Farrell credits fatherhood for salvaging his life. He has two sons from separate relationships but both live in LA where he calls home.
'When I'm not working, I see them a lot. Life has mutated to take on this sweet simplicity that I am really f***ing OK with,' he said.
Spending so much time with dad means James, nine, and Henry, two, have picked up some of his colourful language. 'I heard my kid saying 's***, s***' when he spilled something the other day.
At least it was an appropriate use of the word,' he revealed.
