Justin Bieber was put on the naughty step after his foul language was deemed inappropriate on a flight back to the States.

The 18-year-old was on a 12-hour Air New Zealand flight last weekend after finishing up a promotional tour Down Under, when things started getting out of hand.

The Boyfriend singer and his entourage were reportedly blurting out some naughty four-letter words in first class and getting so loud a mother of two had to finally step in.

According to TMZ, Bieber's fellow passenger walked over and told Justin to 'stop yelling curse words and using that kind of language on a plane. It's not appropriate.'

A source close to Justin said he was completely embarrassed by the situation and apologized profusely.

The altercation comes after the Canadian star was slammed by his LA neighbours who said he had disrupted their lives with his celebrity lifestyle.

Actor Dax Shepard said: 'The music and the parties and the paparazzi, I mean, it's like living in Lebanon now.'
