The Take That star only had fellow judge Tulisa to blame after she egged on 15-year-old hopeful, Jamuna, to give Barlow a cuddle.
The teen didn't need any encouragement after she dedicated her rendition of Shirley Bassey's Kiss Me, Honey Honey, Kiss Me to 'drop dead gorgeous' Barlow.
Managing to get her arms around Gary, guest judge Mel B was left stunned by the teens grope.
The Spice Girl told her: 'You naughty, naughty lady, you just grabbed Gary's bum.'

The hopeful quipped back: 'It's nice to be naughty.'
Meanwhile, the show's host, Olly Murs, was also handed his own shock to be aired on tomorrow night's spin off show.
One obsessed fan decided to get a tattoo of Mur's name after the Please Don't Let Me Go singer popped around for a visit.
Contestant Lucy Spraggen told the Essex lad: 'I met a boy at a festival, I've never met him before, I said to him, "If you bring ten people to my gig tomorrow, I'll get your name tattooed on my bum." He brought them there. I tell you what, if you sing a song with me later on, I'll get your name tattooed somewhere on my body."'
After the 28-year-old presenter finally agreed to sing in a pub with the wannabe, she kept her side of the deal and headed straight to the parlour.
