Cheryl Cole wasn't afraid to share a sweaty photo of herself after a gruelling day at dance rehearsals in LA ahead of her hotly anticipated comeback tour.

Cheryl's UK solo tour kicks off in Belfast in six weeks time on October 3 and the former X Factor judge has already promised it's not a show to be missed.
So it's no wonder the Under The Sun singer was looking a little exhausted yesterday after her first day in rehearsals.
Along with a photo of herself looking casual in a green vest top, patterned bottoms and over-sized sunglasses, she wrote: 'Sweaty hair, sweaty face and sore toe but first day of rehearsals is over!! Phew!! EXCITING!!'
She then added: 'Lol @ myself in that picture #ohgod!!'
The Girls Aloud star is determined to put on the best gigs ever after she was slammed for her shaky duet with Gary Barlow at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee concert earlier this year.
She said afterwards: 'I am very aware of my ability, I know I'm no Mariah Carey but I think the emotion in the song is what matters.
'It's making people feel what you're singing about.'
Meanwhile, things have been hotting up between Ms Cole and her new beau Tre Holloway.

According to reports, 27-year-old backing dancer Tre could well be the real deal.
A source told Closer: Cheryl's smitten and seems genuinely happy for the first time in ages.
'She's really missed the intimacy of having a proper boyfriend.
'She's been longing to find love and now feels she's met someone special - she says there's great chemistry and that he makes her feel electric.'
Heat magazine claim Cheryl started seeing Tre shortly after they appeared on stage together on The X Factor when she performed Promise This.
