Lindsay Lohan is again flirting with prison stripes after allegedly telling fibs to police after her car accident in June.

The Mean Girls actress is being charged with lying to officers after she told them she was not behind the wheel of her Porsche when it crashed into a truck, although multiple witnesses say she was, TMZ.com reports.
The 26-year-old is on probation over a jewellery theft in 2011, which means she could be jailed for violating her terms.
She has been locked up five times since 2007 and is accused of trying to bribe the truck driver involved in the smash.
Lindsay's Porsche suffered considerable damage in the truck collision, and passers-by were said to have been spotted picking up bits of metal from the roadside after the event.
The Mean Girls star was ferried to hospital in the aftermath and was released a couple of hours later.
TMZ revealed at the time that the actress demanded that the bruises she sustained be covered with make up so she could carry on making the film she was shooting, reportedly the TV movie Liz and Dick.
More recently, Lohan had to call the police after a row with her mother on a night out led to the pair having a physical altercation.
It was reported that the row began when Lohan's mum Dina stopped her daughter from sleeping over in a Manhattan hotel.
Lindsay apparently suffered a cut to one of her legs during the incident.
