Tom Cruise was reunited with his daughter Suri yesterday for the first time since he split from Katie Holmes.

The Mission: Impossible star picked up the six-year-old in New York after flying in from California where he has been filming new movie Oblivion.
Suri held on to him with one arm as she cuddled a soft toy in the other. The two were last seen together a month ago in Iceland.
The reunion came hours after Katie and Suri were involved in a car accident when a dustcart reversed into their chauffeur-driven Mercedes – but the pair escaped unhurt.
The former Dawson's Creek actress had just collected her daughter from a gymnastics class in Manhattan.
'It was nothing major other than the fact that it was Katie Holmes,' a source said of the crash. Meanwhile, it has been reported that Holmes, 33, has decided to get rid of Suri's designer clothes to get her to dress conservatively.
The youngster is famed for her expensive taste in clothing and has a wardrobe full of pricey gear, said to be worth millions.
But Holmes is keen for Suri to start leading a normal life now she and Cruise, 50, are getting divorced.
A source said: 'Katie has been returning unsolicited gifts and loans from designers for Suri since she arrived in New York, which is her home base now.'
It was Tom who let the girl wear expensive clothes, the source added. 'All that inappropriate dress was down to him. He loved to spoil Suri, but Katie has other ideas.'
