Emma Watson was left screaming in fear when a man she knew had been stalking her for some time cornered her in the woods.
The Harry Potter star, 22, was filming in the US recently when the unnamed man showed up and tried to hand her a letter.

Watson immediately recognised him as somebody who had made attempts to follow her before and began to scream.
A source told the Daily Mirror that the alleged stalker had managed to find his way on to the set where the actress was filming with a group of visitors, before splitting from them and hunting down his target.
'She recognised him from hanging around outside her house and screamed. He took off into the woods and was chased by security and a couple of the tough stunt guys who also happen to be martial arts fighters,' the insider explained.
Security officials eventually caught up with the man and called police, who turned up to remove him.
The source noted that Watson had been left 'really shaken up' by the traumatic and shocking incident and took some time off to regain her composure.
Meanwhile, police warned the man not to trespass on the set in Long Island, New York.
