It was meant to be the night she basked in glory but Nicole Scherzinger ended up sulking off the red carpet at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Awards.

The X Factor judge won the fearless female gong but was left running scared after facing questions about her alleged rivalry with fellow TV judge Tulisa Contostavlos.
The questions became too much for the 34-year-old former Pussycat Doll and she was forced to retreat to a quiet corner to calm down.
'She looked visibly upset and had to be comforted by her two guests,' a witness told Metro.
'It took a couple of minutes before she would consider returning to the red carpet.'
But she struggled to shake her mood once inside the bash at London's V&A museum last night.
'She sloped off into a corner and looked very emotional on the phone to someone,' the source added.
In a twist of fate, it was 24-year-old Contostavlos who finally put a smile back on her face.
The two talent judges were seen giggling over snaps on Scherzinger's phone at their table.
Meanwhile, mentor Scherzinger was happy to let her boys, Rylan Clark, 24, Jahmene Douglas, 21, and 24-year-old James Arthur have a drink.
'I'm sure they can handle themselves. They're grown full boys hopefully they know what to eat and how much to sleep,' she said.
