Talk of a Kutcher cub sprung up after the Black Swan actress stepped out with a rounder tummy showing through a striped vest during a stroll with her new lover in LA at the weekend.
But the 29-year-old's camp rushed to dismantle the rumour, with a spokesperson saying: 'She is not expecting.'
Mila – who was recently voted the sexiest woman in the world — recently spoke about her desire to be a mum.
She said: 'I do want a family. I'd rather be in love and have a baby than a movie.'
Glamorous Mila recently revealed that she tries hard to keep her personal life out of the spotlight.
She said: 'I think that I've consciously separated my two lives. I think that if I bought into the hype, I would lose all sight of who I am, and so much of who I am is what my parents went through and instilled in me.
'And I never want to lose that. Ever. Because I would be so disappointed if I didn't make them proud.'
Meanwhile, Ashton, 34, is said to be in the process of thrashing out a divorce deal with the 49-year-old Ghost actress behind closed doors.
