Sid Owen and his partner Ola Jordan have been voted off Strictly Come Dancing, losing to actor Colin Salmon and his partner Kristina Rihanoff.
Sid found himself at the bottom of the leader board on Saturday after his routine with Jordan sparked criticism from judge Craig Revel-Horwood who awarded their performance a score of 2.
He bagged 17 points in total, giving him his lowest score of the series for the second week in a row. That score combined with the public vote saw him land in the dance-off against Salmon and Rihanoff.
Both couples once again performed their routines from the Halloween-themed show the previous night before Sid was sent home.
On leaving, Sid said: 'I've loved every minute. Thanks to Ola. It's been great and I've had so much fun. I feel confident just going out now and having a little dance.'
Ola said: 'Sid has been a fantastic partner. It's too early. I'm sorry.'
The twosome then danced to REM's It's The End Of The World As We Know It.
Last night saw Olympic gymnast Louis Smith and his partner Flavia Cacace thoroughly impress judges Revel-Horwood, Bruno Tonioli, Darcey Bussell and Len Goodman with his tango being hailed as 'the best tango of the night'.
Smith and Flavia bagged three 9s from the judging panel for their performance and shot to the top of the leaderboard with 35 points.
Behind them in joint second place are Michael Vaughan and Natalie Lowe, Victoria Pendleton and Brendan Cole and Kimberley Walsh and Pascha Kovalev with 31 points.
