The Radio 1 DJ, 31, was talking about her bump with breakfast show host Nick Grimshaw, 28.
'Grimmy just told me I looked really pregnant,' she told her listeners. 'I have just had a Wagamama's, so that's added a few pounds to her.'
Last night the Celebrity Juice star hosted the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Awards 2012 at the V&A museum in London and said afterwards the star-studded bash had been a 'magical' one.
But despite the night's success, Fearne's feet struggled to cope with her extra baby weight as she tottered about in daring stilettos.
She tweeted last night: 'The cosmos were as inspiring and magical as ever. Loved hosting it again! Feet now so swollen! #icebucket.'
Prior to the ceremony, the TV star admitted she was worried her pregnancy may get the better of her on stage.
'Off to #theCosmos. Looking forward to hosting it again this year! Each year I'm knocked for 6 by the amazing women and their stories!' she tweeted yesterday.
'Being pregnant I'm also extra emotional at the moment so possible tears on stage. #emo.'
