Nicole Scherzinger hit all of the right notes at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Of The Year awards in a backless white dress as Tulisa suffered a fashion fail yet again.
She had upped the ante on Monday night at the Pride of Britain Awards but Tulisa was back to her usual style mishaps last night as she failed to impress on the red carpet of the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of The Year Awards 2012 with VO5.
Her X Factor co-judge Nicole lapped up the spotlight though - and she didn't just upstage Tulisa at the bash held at the Victoria and Albert Hall.
A host of stars turned out to celebrate exceptional females, from Kimberley Walsh to Fearne Cotton to Millie Mackintosh.
But in her striking white frock, which came complete with a cut-out scooped back, Nicole outdid all of them.
The former Pussycat Doll got into the spirit of the girly evening by teaming her dress with hot pink heels and wearing lashings of pink lipstick.
And she proved she's a veteran at the fame game as she skillfully struck a number of sexy poses on the red carpet, ensuring to show off her curves as she did.
The stunning singer won Cosmo's Ultimate Fun Fearless Female, which was presented to her by her boys in the competition Jahmene Douglas and Rylan Clark.
Of her gong she said: 'It made it so much better to have my little pumpkins up there giving it to me. They're just so sweet, it makes me so happy, God bless 'em.'
Tulisa really should have swapped some style tips with the 34-year-old star though as she was a miserable failure in comparison.
The former N-Dubz singer opted for a very unflattering yellow halterneck dress with sequin-lined panelling.
She wore her brunette hair in a high bun with a thick fringe covering one side of her face but it was pinned up so tightly that it had an air of a Croydon facelift about it.
Tulisa might not have been successful on the red carpet but Tulisa did walk away with the Ultimate TV Personality gong.
Rather than being chuffed with her accolade though, she expressed her pleasure at being able to accept the award sober: 'For the first time in many nights I'm actually sober! Giving myself applause for that!'
Tulisa was joined on the night by her X Factor act Ella Henderson, while an ill Lucy Spraggan presumably was resting at the contestant's London hotel.
Although Nicole lead the glamour on the night, Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh certainly gave her a run for her money in a gorgeous vintage-inspired mint green lace number by Brazilian designer Patricia Bonaldi.
Made In Chelsea's Millie Mackintosh also helped out in the style stakes in a sexy strapless black gown with feathered detailing from the waist down.
Britain's Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon steered clear of the usual red carpet dress in favour of a black trousers and white sleeveless shirt combo which she added a dash of colour to with some red heels.
Radio 1 DJ Fearne Cotton, complete with her baby bump, didn't look too chic on the night, wearing a black skirt with a sheer floral top which, teamed with teal heels, altogether looked messy.
Kelly Osbourne, on the other hand, turned many heads as she showed off her svelte new figure in a silver and white creation with boyfriend Matthew Mosshart on her arm.
Union J were also on hand to dazzle on the red carpet, with each of the boys wearing a jeans-and-jacket combination.
