The reunited couple were caught attempting an incognito exit from the Sayers Club in Hollywood after the gig.
K-Stew covered her face with her hands and R-Patz kept a low profile in a black baseball cap as the pair jumped into a waiting car.
Both descended on LA earlier in the day, with 26-year-old Rob touching down after a trip Down Under and K-Stew, 22, heading home after a stint in Japan.

Both had been promoting the upcoming Twilight film Breaking Dawn: Part 2.
The duo are expected to team up with Taylor Lautner, who has been in Rio de Janeiro promoting the film, on Sunday for an LA promo push.
And all three are due to attend the London premiere together next month.
Rob took K-Stew back earlier this month after incriminating pictures of her with Snow White And The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders emerged in the summer.
