She was humiliated on a national scale by Ashley Cole's affairs but Cheryl Cole has confessed she feels like she's cheating on the love rat with her new boyfriend Tre Holloway.

The Call My Name singer made her admission as she vowed she'd prefer to be with a bin man than marry another celebrity.

'The weirdest thing is, it takes a long time after you've been with someone as long as I was [with Ashley] not to feel like you're cheating on them. That may sound crazy, but it's the way I felt after him. I had completely committed myself,' the Geordie revealed.

The 29-year-old explained why little known backing dancer, 27, is just the right replacement for the Chelsea star.

She told Glamour magazine: 'I'm the worst - a man has to be just right for me.'

'Dating someone who's not in the industry can be difficult, but dating someone in the limelight has its own problems. Everything is intensified.

'If I fell in love with a dustbin man, I'd be happy to be in love with a dustbin man, but if I fell in love with some really famous man I feel like that would belong to the media.'

But she says being left in the lurch by Ashley has meant she may never fulfil her dream of having a big family one day.

'I always say I wanted to have a big family, because I'm from one, so I'd like four or five children, but I don't know realistically if that's going to happen,' she said.

Chez has only just caught her breath again after giving the England player the boot in 2010.

'You go through something like a divorce and nothing else matters in the world except that,' she said.

'At the time I just thought: "I can't carry on." I couldn't understand why I had to go through all that public pressure when I was already going through the hardest thing in the world. To have the added stress of being scrutinised and criticised made it insanely hard.'

But the star says fans can dry their eyes.

'I'm not unlucky in love or anything else. And I'm absolutely not a victim,' she said. 'I'm strong, happy and settled – and I really don't give a s*** any more.'
