Cheryl Cole has revealed the secret to Girls Aloud's trim figures are a result of swapping pasties for raw fish.
She also admitted her shock at being branded fat despite being only a size six.
'Our diets have gone from one extreme to the other, It used to be Greggs pasties, now its raw fish,' she said. 'You can't call someone who's a size six fat.
'An average woman is a size ten to 12, so if you're calling me fat because I'm a size six you're causing women some serious issues.
'When you're on the receiving end of it, it's nothing short of bullying in the workplace.'
She also admitted she lost too much weight after splitting from husband Ashley Cole.
Explaining how she felt at the time, she revealed: 'You go through something like a divorce and nothing else matters in the world except that.
'At the time I just thought I couldn't carry on. I couldn't understand why I had to go through all that public pressure when I was already going through the hardest thing in the world.
'To have the added stress of being scrutinised and criticised made it insanely hard,' she told the December issue of Glamour magazine, out Thursday.
