Rapper Plan B has vowed to give up drinking to get fit and start a family.

The singleton insisted he was a hopeless romantic at heart and was determined to clean up his act as he approached his 30th birthday.
'I believe in having the wife and kids,' he told me. 'I'm 29 now so only one year left of my 20s.'
Things are certainly heading in the right direction as his hit Ill Manors scooped the Q Award for best track on Monday.
And after directing the film of the same name and starring in The Sweeney with Ray Winstone, he's in better shape mentally and physically.
'I was miserable… No one wanted to know before Strickland came out,' he said. 'I was buying my suits from Topman because no one would give me one. I was on tour a lot with the album and it was just too much Jack Daniel's.
'Then I had a film role and lost two-and-a-half stone in 12 weeks. I cut out carbs and hit the weights.'
Plan B – whose real name is Ben Drew – is finally slowing down his hectic schedule for a two-month break and a spot of house hunting.
'I need to find a house, I've been renting for two years and it's just a waste,' the east Londoner moaned.
But with work never far from his mind, he said he would still be checking in on the Each One Teach One trust he set up to teach youngsters in his community new skills.
