Beyonce and wedding planner go head-to-head over business name Blue Ivy Oct 24th 2012, 18:52 A US wedding planner has told Beyonce Knowles and her husband Jay-Z she is willing to change the name of her business Blue Ivy for the right price. Beyonce and Jay-Z came up against the US wedding organiser after they tried to trademark their daughter's name (Picture: Getty) The offer came after the star couple failed in a legal bid to trademark their daughter's name, amid talk they were set to launch a kids clothing line under the name. Veronica Alexandra, who has traded under the name since 2009, says she would' totally' change it if the millionaires coughed up. Alexandra said: 'Why would I not enjoy this opportunity and strike it right when I just happen to be in the way of their plans? 'For anyone who is a total hater of the situation that's happening, at the end of the day, I didn't choose it. I work hard to make my living and none of that is going to change. 'But if I was to strike some sort of ridiculous deal, then I think that would be a classic American story that would be worth projecting. And it's fun - why would I not have fun?'
