Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez have been confirmed as X Factor USA hosts, in a move Simon Cowell called 'the worst kept secret in Hollywood'.

The pair have been linked to the coveted roles for weeks but Khloe and Mario have now signed on the dotted line.
In a statement to US Weekly, show boss Cowell confirmed the news as he said he 'couldn't be happier'.
'The worst kept secret in Hollywood is out. Mario and Khloe are our hosts. They will debut on our first live show in November and I couldn't be happier.'
Both Kardashian, 28, and Lopez, 39, took to their personal Twitter accounts to air their excitement following the confirmation.
Mario tweeted: 'Alright guys, it's official… I'll be hosting @TheXFactorUSA ! Looking forward to working with @SimonCowell and the rest of the amazing team.'
And Khloe excitedly wrote: 'The rumors are true... I will be hosting @TheXFactorUSA this season!!! SO excited!'

Khloe's famous older sister Kim was one of the first to offer her congratulations, saying she can't think of 'anyone more perfect for the role'.
Taking to her Twitter account last night, the busty beauty wrote: 'OMG!! How exciting is this!? Khloe is joining The X Factor this November to co-host with Mario Lopez.
'I'm so happy for Khloe and can't wait to watch her on the show. I can't think of anyone more perfect for the role!!! Xo.'
She also retweeted Khloe's message, adding: 'U will make such an amazing host!'
Britney Spears was also in line to offer her congratulations to the pair.
The X Factor judge tweeted: 'Welcome to @TheXFactorUSA team, @KhloeKardashian and @MarioLopezExtra - so excited to have you as co-hosts! #WelcomeKhloeAndMario.'
