Nicole Scherzinger has been dubbed fame hungry by her former Pussycat Dolls bandmates after she bragged she did '95 per cent of the singing' in the hit group.
The X Factor judge was clawed by ex-bandmate, Kaya Jones, who is furious Nic painted her and the other girls as nothing more than 'window dressings'.
Jones, 28, hit back saying: 'There was a lot more going on behind the scenes. Nicole was always someone who wanted to be in the spotlight and would do pretty much anything to get it.
'To call the other girls in the Pussycat Dolls 'window dressings' is a bit far-fetched ... every girl in the group was talented.'
The blast came after Scherzinger bragged: 'I was in the centre because I was singing.'
She also took all the credit for the girlband's 2005 hit album PCD when she claimed: 'I brought the girls into the studio and we played it for them. It was the first time they'd ever heard the music.'
The US singer went back to stealing the limelight last night when she tottered up to Cheryl Cole's after party at Whisky Mist in Mayfair, London.
Scherzinger, 34, matched Cheryl, 29, in the cleavage stakes when she flirted with a nipple slip in a desperately low frock.
Others celebrating Cheryl's solo tour date in London, included Girls Aloud frenemy Nadine Coyle and her manager Will.i.am, who joined her on stage at the 02 Arena.
