Former X Factor contestants One Direction have given their backing to this year's boybands, Union J and District 3.
Niall, Harry, Zayn, Louis and Liam seem to have been watching the current series of X Factor, despite their growing fame in the US.

They have revealed they are fans of the boys who are being mentored by Louis Walsh, with Harry describing them as 'really good'.
He told Heatword: 'I think its good that there are two boybands because a lot of the time I don't really think they want to put two of them through.'
No doubt Harry sees a little of himself in Union J member George Shelley, who looks a lot like the Live While We're Young singer.
It was recently reported that Harry was dishing out tips to the boybands about how to deal with the female following that comes with appearing on the ITV show.
Last year saw the first group take the crown in the singing competition, with Little Mix walking away with the title and securing a Christmas number one with their cover of Damien Rice's Cannonball.
Louis appears to agree with his bandmate, and said that the boys in District3 and Union J are 'nice guys as well'.
