Bookies have offered improved odds on Helen Flanagan winning I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here as it was revealed she will face the first solo bushtucker trial of the series.

Helen's chances of being crowned queen of the jungle seemed to improve after she ate a selection of grisly jungle foods in gruesome bushtucker trial 'rotten rhymes', show in last night's episode.

The 22-year-old actress was forced to chow down on the jungle delicacies for the second bushtucker trial, in which she was taking part to win meals for Croc Creek against Nadine Dorries who was there for Snake Rock.

And despite passing on the first dish, which was baked spider, and spitting out the second dish of hunk of camel's toe, Helen managed to eat a fermented duck egg, ostrich anus and bush oysters, also known as lamb's testicles.

It seemed her determination to take part in this trial, despite losing out to Nadine who ate four of the five dishes compared to her three, has helped her popularity as bookies William Hill has slashed her odds from 10/1 to 6/1 to win.

'Helen may be doing the next task, but she came out of the eating one with a lot of credit,' said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. 'She also seems to be very well liked in the camp and is becoming more and more popular outside of it.'

Eric Bristow has also seen his odds improve, with the bookies now offering him 5/1 from 6/1.

But although Helen's task helped her in the bookies stakes, it hasn't helped her avoid doing yet another trial as last night Ant and Dec revealed she polled the most number of votes and will be partaking in her third bushtucker trial.

This time she won't be going head-to-head with another campmate, given that Croc Creek and Snake Rock have now merged, and will instead attempt 'cruelty towers' on her own.

Helen will head to the jungle's very own five star hotel and she will then have to navigate through five rooms full of creepy bugs and jungle creatures in the search of stars to win meals for camp.

Her campmates are bound to be slightly concerned at their prospects of getting food, given that Helen has so far partaken in two challenges, neither of which she has won.

William Hill's latest odds for I'm A Celeb Winner:

9/4 Brian Conley
7/2 Charlie Brooks
5/1 Eric Bristow
6/1 Helen Flanagan
7/1 David Haye
10/1 Linda Robson
25/1 Ashley Roberts
25/1 Colin Baker
25/1 Hugo Taylor
33/1 Nadine Dorries
