Rosemary and the Kajagoogoo frontman will join this year's celebs next week as surprise late arrivals.

The new additions will parachute into the jungle several days after the rest of the contestants have settled into camp.

Limahl - real name Christopher Hamill - is thought to be earning £40,000 for his stint on the show, a figure significantly less than Helen Flanagan's reported £150,000 pay packet.

However, he says he doesn't mind because he was desperate for a chance to do I'm A Celeb.

'I was up for it seven years in a row,' he said earlier this year.

A source told The Sun: 'Producers have been thinking about getting Limahl on board for a while.

'The show always likes to have someone from the golden days of pop.'

Nadine Dorries

Meanwhile, Nadine has had I'm A Celebrity fans flashing their cash more than any other contestant, including early favourite Helen, it has emerged.

The Tory MP's controversial appearance on the show has seen her rack up 10 times the amount of bets with Ladbrokes compared to the Corrie actress.

Although Dorries remains one of the favourites to be booted out first, with odds of 3/1, the bookmaker has seen plenty of money changing hands for various other wagers - from taking part in the first task, to being the most chosen campmate for bushtucker trials ever.

Dubbed 'Mad Nad' by some, the politician is also 3/1 to receive the most trials ever in the show's history.

Former model Janice Dickinson, who finished second to Christopher Biggins in 2007, still holds the record with 10.

A Ladbrokes spokeswoman said: 'Tories might not be happy with Mad Nad but punters certainly are, and they're now getting stuck into her odds left, right, and centre.

'If she's as outspoken as she is in Parliament it looks like she could be in the show for the long haul.'
