Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan, Made In Chelsea star Hugo Taylor and former Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts have each revealed their apprehensions ahead of their stint in the I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! jungle.
The trio will join the likes of boxing champ David Haye, EastEnders star Charlie Brooks and darts champion Eric Bristow Down Under.
The line-up also consists of TV star Brian Conley, suspended Tory MP Nadine Dorries, actor Colin Baker and Birds Of A Feather actress Linda Robson.
And as the shows November 11 kick-off looms, the contestants have opened up about their jungle life expectations.
Corrie babe Helen is especially looking forward to making some new celeb pals.
She said: 'People say you make friends for life and so I am really excited about making some new friends in the jungle. It will be good to discover things about myself too – my different strengths and weaknesses.'
But the 22-year-old actress is worried about not looking her best around camp.
'I went shopping in London before I flew out to buy some bikinis for the jungle,' she explained.
'You can take three sets in and so I am going to do that. I don't mind that it is going back to basics because I will make sure I am tanned, manicured and I have got my lashes on!'
Meanwhile, Hugo, 26, is hoping jungle life will help him shed and MIC misconceptions.
'When I did Made in Chelsea, you only got to know a part of me and you didn't see the whole of me,' he explained.
'It's going to be nice to show who I really am.'
And in Hugo's case, that will mean showing off his softer side.
'I am sure along the way I will break down,' he admitted. 'Everyone who goes in the jungle is going to have one moment of "I can't do this, I have had enough" and have a good cry.'
But while he sees the show as a stepping stone to a bigger TV career, darts pro Eric, 55, is happy to enjoy the ride for what it is.
'I don't want to do any more TV,' he said. 'I see this as my last chance saloon. There aren't any misconceptions to dispel. I just want to be able to look back and have a laugh in years to come.'
But despite his easygoing nature, the Eric says he's more than prepared to get stuck in with camp domestics.
'I won't put up with anyone getting bullied or anyone who has a go at a woman,' he says. 'Of course we will all try and get food but if we don't, then it does not matter. People are trying their best and that's all they can do.'
Meanwhile, 31-year-old US singer Ashley is looking for love and mum-of-one Charlie is hoping people warm to her for who she really is rather than her EastEnders character Janine Butcher.
'It is going to be weird to be on television as myself,' she admitted. 'It can feel quite daunting, but hopefully people will think it is nice seeing me as me!'
Elsewhere, David Haye is concerned about losing anything and everything in front of the nation.
'My biggest phobia is losing. I hate losing - whether it is a match, an argument, anything,' he explained.
'Of course it would be lovely to eventually go on to win the programme, but what is of paramount importance to me is to win the challenges for my camp. I want to win the trials for the others.'
The sportsman is also apprehensive about sharing the spotlight with his campmates.
He revealed: 'It's going to be interesting to see what it is like being part of a team. I have never been a team player. I have chosen a sport that has always been about me.'
