The pair learned their fate on Saturday evening's show, after Ant and Dec revealed they had proven the least popular with viewers in the latest public vote.
However instead of one of them being eliminated on the spot, they were told that they would compete for their place in the camp by going up against each other in a bushtucker trial called Panic Rooms - with the loser leaving camp.
As a result there was no elimination on Saturday night's show, although other campmates including Hugo Taylor, Helen Flanagan, Ashley Roberts and David Haye all learned that they had made it through.
The star who leaves on Sunday will be the fourth to be voted out of the jungle following the departure of Nadine Dorries, Limahl and Linda Robson over the past week.

Saturday's show once again saw Bristow and Flanagan at loggerheads after the darts champion mocked the actress's habit of going for spray tans and paying to have her hair professionally dried.
Telling her, 'I hope you carry on earning money then girl,' and accusing her of not being indepdendent, she retorted, 'You are saying that I'm not independent when I'm really independent, I just like having my hair blow dried. It doesn't mean I'm a spoilt cow.'
Flanagan later went on to call him a 'strange specimen,' and added, 'Honestly you are such a strange cretin, bore off.'
The show also saw Hugo Taylor triumph in another bushtucker trial, Drown and Out, which saw him lowered into water tanks full of critters to collect stars for camp.
