Axed X Factor favourite Ella Henderson wowed in blue at the Amy Winehouse Foundation Ball where she performed in front of the late star's nearest and dearest.

The 16-year-old singing powerhouse looked every inch the pop princess as she posed for photographers ahead of the fundraiser at the Dorchester hotel in London last night.
And Ella certainly impressed Amy's goddaughter Dionne Bromfield, who tweeted a photo of the pair together at the star-studded bash.
Along with the snap, Dionne tweeted: 'Just met the amazingly talented @ella__henderson so down to earth! #LoveHer xx'

Ella also sidled up to Jamie Cullum as she mingled with the likes of Mitch WInehouse, Amy's best pal Taylor James and the late hitmaker's ex-boyfriend Reg Traviss.

But despite the array of famous faces lining up to have their photo taken with her, Ella was most overwhelmed by her starring role in the celebrations.
She tweeted afterwards: 'A huge thank u to @mitchwinehouse x it was an honour and a pleasure to sing for the #amywinehousefoundation xx'

But it's onwards and upwards for Ella, who is tonight performing at the GMTV Awards - which are being held at the same hotel The X Factor finalists are staying in.
She tweeted today: 'Excited for performing tonight... #GMTV awards @CorinthiaLondon x #justthebeginning.'

And as the opportunities come flooding in, Ella has been quick to thank her mentor Tulisa Contostavlos for guiding her through the whirlwind so far.
She added: 'X @officialtulisa was and still is the best mentor and friend I could have had alongside of me throughout my journey!'
